WHY? A light and healthy start to the day, with lots of nutritional benefits from the berries – blackberries are high in Vitamin C and antioxidants found in berries have been shown to help cognitive health and help reduce inflammation. The paleo granola was bought but you can easily make it at home if you have the ingredients available:
To make at home: add these ingredients to a baking tray, with some coconut oil, mix together and lightly heat in the oven at a low temperature (10-15 mins). Keep an eye on it so it does not burn, then leave to cool. Will be good to store for a week, in a sealed glass jar.
Coconut yoghurt can be used as an alternative to the sheep yoghurt. I find sheep yoghurt easy enough to digest and it’s a good source of both vitamin B12, and live bacteria
