All orders before 1pm are sent same day.
Orders after 1pm are sent next working day.
£2.95 signed for delivery on UK orders under £50.
International delivery subject to additional charges.

Please note: we use Royal Mail for all orders under 2kg. Whilst service appears to be back to normal after recent events (24hr-48hr delivery), please allow an extra couple of days for your order to arrive.


We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened items.

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 02/04/2018.

We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 30 days of receipt *. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 30 days will not be refunded.  The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.

Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.

* Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).

IMPORTANT: All refunds can only be issued if the returns form is filled in and an invoice is attached and sent back to us with your unwanted item! (scroll down for more details on how to do this!).

How to make a return

All orders can be returned by post. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:

  1. Fill in the form on this page making sure that you enter your Order Number to ensure that we can easily find your order in our database.
  2. Healthstrong will then create a returns form which is essential in order to complete a return.
  3. Package your items carefully and include your invoice and completed returns form.
  4. Label your package using the address label provided on our returns form, or your own label.
  5. Make sure all items returned are unopened (any items which are returned open, will not be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons).

Your refund will be processed within 3 days from the date the package has been received by us. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.

Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot issue a refund, if we do not receive your parcel.
