We have a wide range of CBD, from low strength to high strength and with a diverse range of cannabinoids. Generally speaking, it depends on budget and a higher strength CBD oil will last longer, taking a set amount of CBD per day.

We have a 4500mg CBD oil (30ml bottle) which delivers approx. 30mg CBD oil per spray and a high strength CBD oil Gold, with 1000mg per bottle, which delivers approx. 4mg CBD oil per drop.

If you are taking CBD oil for the first time we suggest you build up gradually to a dose where you notice some benefits, at which point you can adjust and drop back down. Current guidelines in the UK from the MHRA are not to exceed 70mg CBD per day.

Full-spectrum CBD oil: simply take CBD drops twice daily under the tongue (try to keep here for 30+ seconds), then swallow.

Water-soluble CBD oil: take CBD drops up to four times daily. Either take directly into the mouth or mix into a cold glass of water.

All of our full-spectrum CBD oils have a natural and earthy taste, as they should be and as extracted from the hemp.

Full-spectrum CBD contains a wide range of cannabinoids plus oils and terpenes – these are organic compounds which protect the hemp and are aromatic.

Our 300mg and 500mg CBD oils have the earthiest taste, our 1000mg CBD oil is lighter (still earthy) as some chlorophyll has been removed (this is what gives hemp the green colour).

If you want an alternative you can use the water-soluble CBD, and mix with water OR the full-spectrum CBD capsules.

It would be wrong for us to recommend which CBD oil because each user is unique. We have a range from 200mg to 4500mg per bottle and it is better to take CBD continuously, rather than stop-start. You can refer to our CBD guide for the amount of CBD per serving for each of our products.

A liposome is a transport vesicle with a phospholipid bilayer. It is a like a bubble, which protects the ingredients inside after ingestion.

The phospholipid bilayer is a layer that resembles our very own cell membrane. It has a water-loving head (hydrophilic) and a water-hating tail (hydrophobic). These ‘wrap’ around the nutrient to encapsulate it.

Liposomes have been shown to increase bioavailability, the absorption of the nutrients into the blood, compared to other supplemental forms. Furthermore, they transport nutrients into the cells, which is where they are needed most and then the phospholipids provide extra health benefits for the body.

As liposomal is liquid, it is also an easier-to-take form for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules.

With IV, you will get 100% nutrient delivery into the bloodstream. However, for water-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin C, the body can’t store them and they can still leave the body quickly via urine. Liposomal is the most effective way to supplement, in our opinion. Studies have shown that liposomes stay in the blood for longer than other supplemental forms and of course, they are easy and convenient to take.

They can be taken anytime, preferably in a cold glass of water. Do not add to hot drinks as the heat can break the liposomal structure. Vitamin C helps with normal energy levels, so you may prefer to take it earlier in the day than late at night.

Liposomes can be taken before/after food but will enter the blood quicker on an empty stomach.
